It Takes a Village to Raise a Child, and Family, It's Village Time
This study group feeds the hearts, minds, and souls of our children, as they embark upon the journey into man and womanhood. Our program and activities will facilitate a nurturing environment where y/our children will be able to critically analyze the world around them from an African Centered perspective on their current level of development. Y/our youth will be engaged in a Self-Mastery process that is a serious and sacred journey. With the full commitment and cooperation from all of the families involved, y/our youth will be successful in this endeavor. The only thing we ask of every parent, who allows their children to participate in the Rites of Passage process, is to “Lead by Example”, and encourage y/our children to finish what they have started. There is so much going on in our community; therefore, we have to become the change we have been waiting for. Nation Building is designed to assist y/our youth through a process that prepares them for.......
